We've Got Plenty Of Space
This spacious 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortably hosts up to 24 guests, offering stunning Bear Lake views and quick access to the marina. Ideal for family reunions or group gatherings, it’s conveniently located near Garden City’s restaurants, shops, and cafes.
Beautiful Inside And Out
Inside, enjoy hardwood floors, plush carpets, and granite countertops. The home includes a full kitchen, dining area, small basement kitchenette, workspace, laundry room, and multiple living spaces. Wi-Fi is available, and the patio with a smoker and grill is perfect for outdoor dining.
The Location Can't Get Any Better
Guests have access to a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), billiards, air hockey, a fitness center, and a hot tub. After a day of lake fun or trail exploring, relax in the pool or unwind in the hot tub. Nearby ATV trails offer summer and winter adventures.
Note: The pool and clubhouse are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Parking is limited to the garage and driveway (7 spaces total). Street parking is not allowed.
